At our Flowermound studio, our team of licensed estheticians is dedicated to making every client feel comfortable, cared for, and confident. We're looking for an experienced specialist who loves this work as much as we do.
About the Role:
We're hiring a skilled Sugaring & Waxing Specialist with at least 2 years of hands-on experience. You'll provide high-quality hair removal services, make every client feel comfortable and respected, and help grow a loyal clientele that rebooks.

What You'll Do:
- Perform full-body sugaring and waxing services, including Brazilian, bikini, legs, underarms, brows, and facial areas.
- Perform Keratin Lash Lifts and brow services.
- Complete client consultations, check skin condition, and recommend the right treatment.
- Keep strict sanitation and safety standards in line with state regulations.
- Give clear aftercare instructions and recommend retail products.
- Build and keep a loyal client base through great service and rebooking.
What We're Looking For:
- At least 2 years of professional sugaring and/or waxing experience, with Brazilian experience strongly preferred.
- Lash lift experience, with Keratin Lash Lift and brow lamination a strong plus.
- A valid esthetician or cosmetology license, as required in Texas.
- Strong knowledge of skin types, hair growth cycles, and contraindications.
- A warm, professional, and discreet manner with clients.
- Reliable attendance and flexibility to work and help on shift coverages.
- Sugaring certification or a proven client following is a plus.
